With sadness I am passing on the news that USS Indianapolis Survivor Herbert "Jack" Miner peacefully passed away this morning, Saturday July 12th.  

Below are some pictures of Jack from the 2007 reunion.  He was such a kind gentleman that I was so blessed to have known.

May God take our brave hero lovingly into his arms and may he now rest in peace.
