This picture was taken recently when I had the honor of visiting the USS Indianapolis Memorial with three of the Survivors: Giles McCoy, Mike Kuryla & Harlan Twible. (Harlan not in photo)
Their emotions and pride when standing in front of that Memorial, that they worked so hard to build, shows how they lived their lives committed to the memory of those sailors they left behind and those no longer with us.
