I am the nephew of Wally Mirich, who was a S1 on the Indianapolis and like so many others was lost at sea. I am looking for anyone who can provide me with information as to what happened to him. I would also like to know about him and the time he served and the people he served with, so if anyone remembers him and has a story to share, I would really like to hear it. Thanks.
