I had read the book "In Harms Way" and I am not sure how I got his e-mail address, but I wrote and asked him if was ever in the Eagle River, Wi area to stop in my woodcarving shop. 

I got an e-mail back saying he and his wife Mary would be in Minoqua for a few days. I believe they were filming something for public televison.

Anyway one day they both came in and I was so THRILLED.  Of course I didn't have the copy of the book with me for him to sign, but I did get a signature on a business card.

Needless to say if any relative or friend has a current e-mail address for Florian and Mary I would greatly appreciate it.  The current one I have on file is no longer valid.

My sincerest thanks and remember to honor all those who have served and currently serving.
