Back in 1996 I worked at a government dental office and had the pleasure to meet Mr. Richard Paroubek. On the dental records it states if a patient had been a POW or Ship Lost at Sea.
Do to my ignorance at the time I did not know the history of the USS Indianapolis. Mr. Paroubek shared his story with me. Several months later the History Channel aired the story of the USS Indianapolis.
