I was named for my Uncle Tom McNabb who parrished on the Indianapolis. It was his first duty assignment. He was eighteen years old.He was the third of four sons, my dad was the youngest and very close to his brother, "Tommy". For many years my Grandparents held out hope that somehow he had survived and was perhaps unable to get back home. All of the brothers are now passed as are my Grandparents but they will be remembered by us through the re-telling of their stories. Thank you uncle Tommy and Thank you to all of those who served so that we , their families, have lived in freedom. May God hold you Close until we meet, amen. Tommy McNabb Ft Myers, Fl.
