I met a gentleman , Donald L. Beaty,S1, USS Indianapolis, this morning and was honored to have had that privilege. I am a Navy veteran so we had a little in common. He is a class gentleman and loves his country. So many stories i know he has. I thanked him for serving and wished him many more years. He keeps the memory of those brave men of the USS Indianapolis alive by going to schools and recounting the their efforts in protecting this great country. My regret is that I had not met him earlier. Thank you Don, as well as your shipmates in their valiant effort. Keep on keeping on. God Bless.
