Many of you may know Andy Barksdale - brother to a LAS sailor of the USS Indianapolis. Andy & his wife Lucille are from Indianapolis and have worked tirelessly for many, many years on making the reunions special for everyone. Andy passed away on May 28th, on his 87th birthday. No arrangement details at this time, but I will post as I receive more news.
