There just can't be enough done to correct the injustices to the Captain and crew of this fine ship.   To me, it is infuriating to know that when you put your life in someone's hands expecting them to take that seriously, you may not be able to count on that after all.  Instead of the crew being the focus this became the scramble of a "cover up".   It is disconcerting to me even 60ish years later as my daughter has now joined the Navy.  I would like to believe that when the Navy says they know where she is, what she is doing and will do everything they can to keep her safe I can believe that.   It is stories like these that have made people so distrustful of the government.

You are a true group of heroes with just an amazing story.  This is one that we all should be learning in school -Bless you all.
