My name is Irene Brill. I am the daughter to Fred S. Roley who was an officer, (Petty Officer?)Store Keeper Second Class, on the USS Indianapolis during Pearl Harbor. He was honorably discharged from the USS Indianapolis on December 13, 1941. I'm not sure when he was assigned to the Indianapolis...perhaps February 16, 1941?
I would like to talk to someone who may be interested in any historial paraphernalia we have in this regard. I this post the best way?
Thank you,
(Mrs.) Irene Brill
