If you are reading this page and are a family member of a survivor or lost at sea sailors, feel free to contact us. Our Organization is the USS Indianapolis CA-35 Second Watch Organization. We were formed by the Survivors themselves, as they wanted to ensure that the legacy of the USS Indianapolis would not be forgotten. They wanted us to form connections and friendships so that we could join together to perpetuate the story. At this time, there are only 23 remaining survivors, the youngest being close to 90 years old.
You can reach us at IndySecondWatch@yahoo.com
We would love to hear from you.
We also have a Lost At Sea Flag Program, in which we have flags flown over the USS Indianapolis Memorial in honor of a sailor Lost At Sea then, ship it to his family. Feel free to inquire about that as well
Sincerely
Maria Eck Bullard
Daughter of USS Indianapolis Survivor Harold Eck
