Here are a few items that I have regarding my great uncle, Howard E. Smalley. The article clipping is missing the first part, but it does mention the name of another sailor, William Johnson. I was curious if anyone knows if William Johnson is still with us? Could he be one of the men in the pictures? Any information would be great!
