It is with a heavy heart that I pass on the news that USS Indianapolis Survivor Harlan Twible passed away this week on April 8, 2018. Although he had a long, blessed life of 96 years, it is never easy to say goodbye to a friend.
Harlan was a young Annapolis trained Ensign aboard the ship, and one of the few officers that survived.
