I am working on an article on my cousin Homer's life for the Stone Family Association Newsletter. Any anecdotes I might use would be gratefully appreciated. He enlisted on 10 Sep 1940 and trained at Newport, RI. He was in the Aleutians and fought at Saipan, Tarawa, and Palau. He was lost with the Indy. His entire generation was in the Navy: One brother, Norman was a ships's cook and another brother Arnold was a Chief Gunner's Mate. He lived in Montrose, PA.

Thank You...
