Is anything being done to clear the captain after all these years?  For history's sake, it MUST be done!

I just spoke with the USS Indianapolis Museum in Indy this afternoon over my amateur (ham) radio.  It's the Annual Museum Ships Day on ham radio, and we're trying to contact as many museum ships as possible.
