Sidney Howard Meade> anyone remember him?

Sidney Howard Meade was my father's favorite brother, an uncle i never knew. my understanding is he went down with the ship, being on one of the lower decks. Was wondering if any of the survivors remember him and could tell me a little about an uncle i never had the privilege of knowing. thanks.
