I am a new member and proud to say I was an office in the USNavy, Amphbious branch. I am fervently searching for a signed copy of survivors of the USS Indianapolis to replace a copy I once had. Any information to put me on the track of purchasing another would be greatly appreciated and I will welcome any information leading me in this quest. I am happy to report I now have two copies, one signed by survivor Paul Murphy, directly from him and one from a collector with thirteen signatures and color photos. One of these copies will go to a dear friend on his 70th birthday, one who earned his first gold stripe when I did and a valued friend for almost 50 years. I am a happy sailor now.
