Are There Any Surviving Logs From Indy?

Does anybody know if any official logbooks or diary of the USS Indianapolis exist?  I believe they had to be turned in when she made port.  Obviously her last expedition record of events are lost when the ship went down.  I have a copy of the USS Portland's log book that I obtained from NARA.
