I am searching for any information I can find about a survivor named Eugene Farris. he has since passed away and I know he was rescued by the USS Register. His home town was Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. If anyone has any information on him or his family, please let me know.  I live only 10 minutes from where he grew up.
