EX-O OF USS AHRENDS DESIRES TO ATTEND REUNION

I have a friend who was the EX-O on the USS Ahrends, a ship that I believe was the second ship to come to the rescue of the USS Indianapolis crew, who is still alive and would like very much to attend the 2012 reunion.  He told me that at least four officers from that ship are still alive.  His name is Dell Barduson and he spends the winters in Arizona and the summers in Minneapolis (500 miles from Indianapolis).

If there is any interest on the part of the reunion committee in having Dell attend the reunion please get back to me.
