Looking for Info on My Great Uncle

Hello,

My great uncle was Sheldon Lee Farber, S2 and was aboard the Indy when it went down.  I know very little about him.  My Mother remembers very little of him and my Grandmother, Dorothy is deceased (his sister).  I am just trying to gather any info or pictures that anyone would happen to have or have been passed down.  I started this endeavor when I became interested in my family history.  My email is aloha65stang@yahoo.com.  Thank you and God Bless.

Welcome to the family! Feel free to look up our Facebook Group USS Indianapolis CA-35 Second Watch. You can search around there, we post pictures on there as they come to us, and also all updates of news and such. Second Watch Organization was set up in the 1980s by the survivors themselves to assure that the memory of their story would live on through their children.
