Death of Survivor Grover Carver

Just received the sad news that USS Indianapolis Survivor Grover Carver has passed away.  As he is now at peace, please keep his family and friends in your thoughts and prayers.  This now leaves 69 living survivors.... 

It is my understanding that the family has asked that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the USS Indianapolis/Gwinn Angel Scholarship Program to help preserve the legacy and story of the USS Indianapolis through annual educational scholarship awards.
