 Hello to all. I am a proud daughter of one of the survivors, Robert E Justice formerly of Left Hand, W. Va. He now resides near Akron, Ohio. He is very frail and not in good health. I recently found this website while searching for info on the Indy. My father hasn't talked about the ordeal to very many people, but luckily he has spoken at length to me and to his grandson ( my son ) about the things he felt, witnessed, and of the horrible anger all of the shipmates had when they court martialed their captain. If anyone ever remembers hearing anything about my father, please let me know. Thank You.

Hello, Did your dad recall Robert Swanson, MM second class. My uncle kept a log and also was a cartonist of ship life.
